Video: Eastside Access Update 1

On December 22, 2011, a Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) broke through at the end of tunnel “A” in Long Island City. A significant milestone in the MTA Capital Construction (MTA CC) program.
We have been part of that project – the biggest infrastructure project in North America at that time – and successfully supported the owner, MTA Capital Construction (CC), with Risk Oversight and Site Risk Reviews during construction.
